Dustin Marchand has 20+ years experience in the logistics and trading business development, operations, and leadership in Fuel, Crude, and Refined Products.. Prior to starting 9G, Dustin built and sold two Midstream and Logistics companies and played a lead role in the PE investment in and repositioning of Alaska’s leading fuel trader and distributor, Crowley Fuels. Dustin has built and sold trading and logistics businesses in the Louisiana and Texas areas as well as the Ohio region.

Blair was formerly a corporate lawyer at one of the largest law firms in Canada, where he advised companies listed on the NYSE, Nasdaq, TSX, TSX-V and CSE. Currently, Blair is the Founder and Principal of BCL Law. He is an expert in structuring financial, operational, and legal strategies for organizations seeking to expand their operations and maximize stakeholder value. Blair has a Bachelor of Arts degree (BA) and a Juris Doctor degree (JD) from the University of British Columbia and is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia. Blair is also a director of New Course Cuisine, Indigenous Planned Communities and First Peoples Venture Capital Fund. Blair is also actively involved in the not-for-profit sector, including as Chair of Sport BC and a director of the Canadian Soccer Foundation.

Mr Clegg is an industry leader in the transportation and logistics of commodities. Having built and grown a company he founded with annual revenues of over $150M, Kerry has the track record and proven leadership that applies to the board at 9G Energy Partners. He has 30+ years of senior management experience in the import/ export transportation and construction industry in Southern California. His most recent venture became the largest materials transportation company in North America with well over 350 full-unit trucks.
